Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for customers, answering any questions or concerns they may have - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve our products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention rates, proactively identifying areas for improvement - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and best practices

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
