Job Description:


Digi.Com Berhad, a leading telecommunications company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to work from home. We are looking for a highly adaptable and driven individual with excellent communication and planning skills to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals, and work towards helping them achieve success. 3. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to ensure they are fully utilizing our services. 4. Identify and address customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating to relevant teams when necessary. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of growth. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
