Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and who are resourceful in solving customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently - Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and processes - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
