Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Representative at PPB Group Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support. This part-time entry-level position is based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product information and assistance to customers to help them make informed decisions - Troubleshoot any issues customers may have with products or services and escalate as needed - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - Reliable and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
