Remote Customer Success Representative

As a Remote Customer Success Representative at Sapura Energy Berhad, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. 2. Understand customer needs and provide solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive customer success. 4. Monitor customer accounts and track progress to ensure timely resolution of any issues. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Utilize customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements. 8. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.
