Job Description:


Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative, working from home in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify customer pain points and propose solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Implement and monitor customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer support initiatives. 6. Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices. 7. Lead projects and initiatives related to customer success and retention. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong research skills and ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions. 3. Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire others. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual relationships. 7. Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
