Job Description:


Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support, ultimately leading to their success and satisfaction with our products and services. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up - Provide ongoing support to customers to address any questions or concerns they may have - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved - Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences - Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for providing excellent customer service and support - Motivated to go above and beyond for customers - Strong research and teamwork skills
