Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong project management and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via email, phone, and chat - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Use customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide input for product development - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
