Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Gamuda Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have. This position is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to product and service offerings - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve our customers
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of customer success - Driven and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
