Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate-level employee, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the following personality traits: energetic and reliable. Additionally, soft skills such as teamwork and innovation are essential for success in this position.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and effective manner - Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training as needed - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
