Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to ensure their success with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer success - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
