Job Description:


Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and creativity skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
