Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Specialist at MYEG Services Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase customer retention and revenue.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights - Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - 1+ years of customer service or sales experience - Resilient and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
