Job Description: QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to help customers maximize their use of our products and services. - Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
