Job Description: As a Customer Success Specialist at Telekom Malaysia Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure their satisfaction. This position will be a remote work from home opportunity based in George Town, Penang, MY.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and reports on customer usage and feedback - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Make data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience and increase customer retention


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
