Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist at Media Prima Berhad. This is a part-time remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products or services to their fullest potential. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing customers. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings. 6. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues. 7. Compile and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Excellent negotiation and adaptability skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
