Job Description:


Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time remote position, this role is at the entry level and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
