Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

The Customer Support Assistant at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and recommend solutions. 7. Assist in developing customer support training materials and resources. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 9. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual with a customer-centric mindset. - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
