Job Description:
IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, ideal for entry level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Assist in developing customer support training materials. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 9. Meet or exceed customer support metrics and KPIs.
Requirements: 1. Confident and driven attitude with the ability to work independently. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to think creatively to solve customer problems. 3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 4. Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have access to a reliable internet connection. 9. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
