Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

As a Customer Support Assistant at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and who thrive in an independent work environment. Time management and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with customer retention efforts and upselling opportunities - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with customer support software and tools - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find solutions
