Remote Customer Support Associate

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers - Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer support practices

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
