Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency - Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with order processing and shipment tracking - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Take on leadership roles within the team as needed

Requirements: - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Ability to research and troubleshoot customer issues effectively - Strong leadership abilities to guide and support team members - Previous experience in customer support or related roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
