Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately in the database. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 5. Assist with processing returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 2. Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex customer issues. 3. Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and prioritize customer needs. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
