Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Support Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support operations. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 4. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. 5. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
