Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of customer support experience. The ideal candidate should be resilient, resourceful, have excellent time management skills, and possess a creative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in creating and maintaining customer satisfaction surveys - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
