Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. As a part-time position based in George Town, Penang, MY, the Remote Customer Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assisting with other customer support-related tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Demonstrated leadership and research skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - A strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
