Job Description:


Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time entry-level position, this role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, possess strong decision-making skills, and be skilled in research.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance with order processing - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Resourceful and dedicated work ethic - Decision-making and research skills - High school diploma or equivalent
