Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Confident and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
