Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team at Perodua in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary - we are seeking individuals who are resourceful, driven, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 3. High level of attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities. 4. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change.
