Job Description:


As a Customer Support Associate at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer support who are motivated, energetic, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records. 5. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer service experience. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by the company.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 5. Motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
