Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Creativity and analytical thinking to find innovative solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
