Job Description:
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of at least 8 years of experience, the Customer Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer experience. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Develop training programs for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues. 4. Resilient and confident mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
