Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience - Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes - Communicate with senior management to provide updates on customer support initiatives - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven track record of leading a successful customer support team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and independent with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
