Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and retention
