Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in customer support or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Training and mentoring customer support team members - Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Proven experience in managing a customer support team - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations - Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems - Ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
