Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager

As a Customer Support Manager at Maxis Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvement. 5. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. 6. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer support management role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Resourceful and able to work independently. 4. Creative problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
