Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Manager at Media Prima Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer support team, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. 3. Monitor customer inquiries and complaints to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze data and prepare reports on customer support metrics, such as response times and satisfaction levels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Dedicated and resilient personality traits, with a high level of emotional intelligence and teamwork skills.
