Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


MISC Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY on a part-time basis. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure they are providing excellent service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolution. 5. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for the customer support team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently. 6. Reliable and able to work remotely. 7. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills.
