Job Description:
AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 8. Conduct regular meetings with the team to provide updates and gather feedback.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic. 5. Cooperational and adept in planning and organizing tasks. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Experience with customer service software and tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
