Job description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join our team at Proton Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Monitoring customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Developing and implementing customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Training and mentoring customer support representatives to ensure consistent service delivery. 7. Analyzing customer support data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 8. Implementing customer support tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Proven track record of managing customer support teams and delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 6. Ability to work independently and motivate a team. 7. Creativity and critical thinking skills to identify innovative solutions to customer issues. 8. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
