Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Support Officer at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing orders and coordinating shipment and delivery logistics - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback to improve service quality

Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate to solve problems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
