Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Petronas, a leading oil and gas company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to customers. 5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
