Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer in George Town, Penang. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Officer will play a key role in assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Assist in resolving billing and payment issues - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
