Customer Support Officer

Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in the development and improvement of customer support processes.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 3. Ability to conduct research to find solutions to customer problems. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
