Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team at Perodua in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Communicating customer feedback to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer support skills. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Demonstrating leadership skills and teamwork in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Adaptability to handle different customer situations and personalities. 3. Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations. 4. Strong teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Malay. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility in schedule. 8. Committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
