Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are hardworking and resilient. As a Remote Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about our healthcare services and assisting customers with booking appointments. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Utilizing negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions. 7. Demonstrating creativity in problem-solving to exceed customer expectations. 8. Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload. 4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. 5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
