Job Description:
As a Customer Support Officer at Sapura Energy Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer support to our clients. You will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Assisting with order processing and logistics coordination. 7. Contributing to the development of customer support procedures and guidelines. 8. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and energetic personality. 5. Ability to innovate and problem-solve effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
