As a Customer Support Officer at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently - Provide accurate information about products and services - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
