Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a part-time associate level position, this role will require 4 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, have excellent decision-making skills, and demonstrate critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize customer data and feedback to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with CRM software is a plus
