Customer Support Officer

As a Customer Support Officer at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support experience. 5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to address customer queries effectively. 7. Assist in training new customer support team members. 8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and independence to handle diverse customer interactions. 2. Strong decision-making skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. 3. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications. 7. Prior experience in a customer support role. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
